Why do I have a crush on medica in this game I wish I could say to her I Hate u

I Love this game and all but a few Problems.
1. Girls B00bs r big which is gross 2. I wish my Player didnt have a crush on medica 3. Items are a little bit overpriced 4th & Final Problem I hate when I get caught lazy bc my stats go down Pls fix those problems then I will re-install this app
